Missions Trip Leader

Event Helper

Help out during youth events and activities—as a driver, food server, event planner, chaperone, etc. No special skills are required, just a love for students and a love for Jesus! Work with a team and receive training and direction from our Student Ministries staff.

Sunday School Leader

Lead or co-lead a weekly Sunday morning elective study for students in grades 6-12. Elective topics vary throughout the year. This opportunity is open to anyone ages 18 to 90 and is a great way to share the love of Christ with the next generation. Handyman

Help out with carpentry or plumbing or electrical jobs—whatever your talents may be. We are looking for men and women (ages 18+) to be available throughout the year as needs arise. Direction will be provided by our Buildings & Grounds staff.

Summer Grounds Care

Help out mowing the lawn, watering plants, trimming, mulching, etc. Work alone or as part of a small team for these outdoor jobs. A good work ethic is appreciated, and a driver’s license is required to mow the lawn. Training will be provided.

Interior Cleaning

Help out with seasonal projects like cleaning windows, baseboards, chairs in the Worship Center, etc. Work alone or in a small team. This is a great opportunity if you are a detail person, have a willing heart, and want to make God’s house shine! Direction will be provided by our Buildings & Grounds staff.

Flower Watering

Water the flowers in our flower beds and urns, a job that needs to be done three times a week (but not necessarily by the same person). Driver’s license is required, and training will be provided.

Interior Painting

Work with our Buildings & Grounds staff on occasional interior painting jobs (offices, hallways, classrooms, etc.). Experience in painting required; direction and supervision will be provided by our Buildings & Grounds staff.

Funeral Meal Helper

Work with a team in the church kitchen to prepare a luncheon as needed for funerals hosted at EFCCL. This opportunity requires organizational skills and a willingness to jump in and do what needs to be done, even on short notice. Training and supervision will be provided.

Funeral Host/Hostess

Greet attendees, answer questions from guests, and provide directions to the Worship Center, programs, memorial books, restrooms, etc. This is a wonderful opportunity for those with the gift of hospitality. Training and supervision will be provided.

Serve in Popcorn 45 with students in grades 4-5 during the first service on Sundays. Assist the class teacher and interact with the students; training will be provided. All Popcorn 45 workers must complete a Children’s Ministries Volunteer Packet.
