CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES

Our Children's Ministries seek to provide a loving, fun, and safe environment where children will develop physically, emotionally, and spiritually!
Our ministries offer age-appropriate activities and relevant Bible teaching.

Sunday School

Children's Sunday school classes are available during both the 9 and 10:45 am services
Children are welcome to attend during either of those times—or both!

Paradise Island (Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool Children)
Sunday Mornings • 9 & 10:45 am

Paradise Island is a colorful and safe place for the youngest members of the church, those preschool age
and younger. Here, they get to play and make friends while they are introduced to the stories and love
of Jesus. Secure check-in starts at the front desk of Paradise Island, located on the lower level (north end
of the building). We ask parents to list their cell phone number or a pager number (pagers are provided)
-during check-in, so we can be in touch if needed.

Route 66 (Grades K-3)
Sunday Mornings • 9 & 10:45 am

Route 66 helps students in grades K-3 grow in their understanding of Jesus through the teaching of God's Word, music, and small group discussion. Currently, we are working through a series called "Jesus, What a Savior" during the first hour, an excellent study that traces the theme of redemption. During the second hour, we are enjoying an interactive, video-based series, "What's in the Bible?" Through the help of some zany characters—Buck Denver, Pirate Pete, Clive and Ian, Brother Louie, and Sunday School Lady—children are learning about the return of Israelites to their land as seen in the books of Ezra, Nehemiah, and Esther.

Popcorn 45 (Grades 4-5)
Sunday Mornings • 9 am only

Popcorn 45 helps students in grades 4-5 integrate their faith into their lives through Bible study, music, games, and peer relationships. We are currently studying topic-based units that span a few weeks each: "Faith and Science," "Stand up for God," "Satan's Sorcery," and "Hold on to God's Promises."

Awana →

During the school year, Awana provides children in our community with a casual and safe
environment—where life in Jesus is regularly presented—and helps them develop in the
Christian life through Bible teaching and memorization, games, and activities.
