Get involved in a relational ministry with the children of our church.  Have fun, be silly, and share the gospel! 

*Commitment Time: Mid-August through Mid-May


Small group leader (adult) for Cubbies, Sparks, and T&T

Lead a group of 8-12 children through the Awana program.  Intentionally build relationships with the children, your co-leader, and parents of the children in your group to attempt to share the gospel with
these little ones.

Verse Listener:

Work with the small group leader to listen to children say their verses and  to build a relationship with them in order to share the gospel with them. 

Event Team Leader:

Work with Children’s Discipleship Director and Awana leadership to plan quarterly (or monthly) events to give parents an opportunity to connect with leaders and with their children to continue to foster relationships to share Jesus with each other. 

Event Team Member:

Work with the leadership to organize and pull off quarterly/monthly events. 

Hospitality Team:

Put together receptions in the Lighthouse Cafe for parents to connect and talk with someone about their week. 

Drama Team:

Perform short skits for the Awana opening/ closing ceremonies on Wednesday nights. An as needed basis.

Game Captain:

Plan and run games for each week. 

Arts and Crafts Teacher:

Plan the art or craft project for different Awana groups as needed. 

Family Worship Leader:

Awana on Wednesday nights start and ends with 5-10 minutes of family worship time in the sanctuary.  Join us with your instrument or voice.
